4. Third-party services

4.1 Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) as a tag management system. GTM does not collect personal data itself but facilitates the activation of other tracking services based on user consent. Part of the measurement data passes through our own tracking server (api.tramerestaurant.it) hosted in the European Union, which forwards it to Google and Meta only within the limits of the consent given.

4.2 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse site usage. GA4 collects navigation data in aggregate and anonymised form. Data is processed in the EU. Activated only with user consent.

4.3 Brevo (email delivery)

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for transactional email delivery related to the contact form. Brevo processes data in compliance with GDPR as a Data Processor.

4.4 Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc.) which may process navigation data for security and performance. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4.5 Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta)

Only if you consent to marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure ad effectiveness and build advertising audiences. Navigation data is transmitted (pages visited, interactions such as viewing the menu, clicking the phone number or email and submitting the contact form) together with the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

If you submit the contact form after giving marketing consent, the email and phone you entered are turned in your browser into an irreversible encrypted code (SHA-256 hash) and shared with Meta and Google only in this form, to link the request to an ad you may have seen. The plain text is never sent. Meta may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4.6 Google Ads

We may activate remarketing and conversion services through Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) in the future. They will only be activated with user consent and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data retention

Contact form data: retained for the time necessary to fulfil the request, and no longer than 12 months.
Analytics data: retained for 14 months (GA4 default), then aggregated and anonymised.

6. International data transfers

Some services (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may involve data transfers to the United States. Such transfers are based on:

Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR)

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
